Randjesfontein was chosen from the whole of the Transvaal by a Voortrekker family who crossed the Vaal River in 1836.

The farm was passed down from father to son for generations and has seen the Highveld around it give birth to two major cities, and yet to this very day, it has remained exquisitely unspoilt.
